Pricing and Payment

All prices are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely via Telr, and orders are only processed once payment is confirmed.

The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and UnionPay credit/debit cards in AED.

User Obligations

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order.

Return & Refund Policy

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

Return Terms

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Report damaged, wrong, or missing items within 1 working day.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Product must be 100% intact as sold.
  • Copy of purchase invoice required.
  • Contact customer service before sending the item.

Refund Details

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless error on our part).
  • Refunds are processed via Telr to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 7–14 working days, depending on your bank.
  • You may choose to refund or store credit after inspection.

Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch with no charges.

After Dispatch

Once shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return, following our Return Policy.
